CARAMEL S'MORES PAVLOVA

INGREDIENTS

Pavlova:

3 egg whites

3/4 cup sugar

2 tbsp. cocoa powder

Topping:

Ghirardelli square - dark chocolate salted caramel

Marshmallow

Extra caramel

Graham cracker crumbs

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 250F.

  • Beat in stand mixer until stiff peaks form.

  • Add in cocoa powder, beat until fully combined.

  • Using a piping back or a spoon, create little nests on a parchment lined cookie pan. Keep in my that they grow a little so make them smaller rather than larger.

  • Bake for 1 hour & then turn off oven & prop door open for another hour.

  • Remove & turn oven up to 400F broil.

  • Place a piece of chocolate on top of pavlova, then graham cracker crumbs, & then place marshmallow on top.

  • Return to oven & watch closely; remove when marshmallow begins to brown.

  • Immediately place second piece of chocolate on top of marshmallow so it can melt a bit while it's warm.

  • If desired, top with extra caramel & graham crackers.

  • ENJOY

  • *serve immediately or store in airtight container, warming up a tad before serving.

I do try to keep my posts short & sweet so I don't lose your interest LOL but let me know if there's something you'd like to see on the blog for this upcoming season <3 I'd really appreciate your feedback & please please please take one minute of your day to go vote for me, it would mean the world! Now I'm off to work & I'm excited to make something new this week ! As always,

Love, B
