Christmas Treats

Hellooooo lovelies! Soooo I have a gift, or a natural talent, you could call it. The gift is that I could go into ANY store and find a million things to buy. I rarely leave a store empty handed. My husband might call it more of a shopping addiction but I prefer to call it a talent, lol. I've been slightly obsessed with Nordic Ware products and I found this gorgeous little Christmas pan at Homegoods last week, which I really 'needed' (I also love this one, but it's not fall anymore so I'll wait a little on that) so of course, I bought it. I obviously had to test it out immediately and what better way than to use that last bit of pumpkin I had in the fridge! If you loved these pumpkin muffins then you'll love this cute little holiday version.

As you can see, these turned out wonderful. They were all gone by the end of the night so I'll take that as a good thing. I did the cream cheese swirl on the bottom, to make it a little extra, but I was also thinking to try doing a layer of cream cheese, or any other filling in the middle, sandwiched between the batter! It sounds delicious, I know. I also topped them with non-melting powder sugar to enhance the pretty design, however, I may have dropped a bit too much in some spots. This pan could just about work for any cake/bread/muffin you want to make. Here's a short list of a few different ideas of what you could make in here:
- Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins
- Banana Bread
- Gingerbread Cream Cheese Cake/Muffin
- Apple Cinnamon Bread
- Cinnamon/Coffee Cake
- Pound Cake
- Carrot Cake

As always, I'd love to hear from you guys so comment down below if you have any questions or suggestions of what you'd like to see on here! Let me know if you've tried these and how they turned out for you!
Love, B
